Peri-lynn Harris
RAC Certified Reflexologist (1998)
My experience operating my own Aesthetic, nail, skin and body care with a reflexology business from 1988- present, and group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I’m always searching for healthy “best practices” that I can apply to my life and to help clients achieve their wellness goals and to help them feel young, confident in their body and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The service I’m offering is Reflexology on the feet. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-invasive, holistic therapy that works alongside conventional medical care, helping to rebalance your body to achieve healing and wellbeing in a relaxing, rejuvenating and therapeutic way. Releasing tension is often brought on by stressful situations, restoring energy levels, and improving sleep, helping you to feel emotionally and physically stronger.
How does Reflexology work?
By applying pressure to reflexes on the feet with thumbs and fingers, a trained Reflexologist is able to detect any imbalances which may be because of stress, illness or injury working these reflexes in a very specific way to initiate a beneficial response in a corresponding area of the body, incorporating meridian points (acupuncture points) and advanced techniques to encourage your body to achieve ‘homeostasis’. All the systems of the body are worked on the feet,
musculoskeletal, respiratory, digestive, urinary, endocrine, nervous, and lymphatic.
The many benefits that clients report is decreased pain, improved body function, enhanced wellness, increased strength, and mobility, flexibility, insomnia, relieves anxiety, depression, boost immune support, hormonal and digestive issues, to name a few.
Whether you’re a pro-athlete, semi-pro, or participate in a sporting activity to keep fit and healthy, incorporating reflexology into your fitness regime can be hugely beneficial.

Traci-Ann Yacoub, M.OMSc
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Her passion for osteopathy began when she personally experienced the powerful effects of osteopathic treatment, resolving issues in her body that other therapies had not been able to. In addition to her practice, Traci-Ann has been a fitness instructor since 2011, specializing in strength training and Zumba. Since 2014, she’s taught at WFCC Burlington, a community that feels like home. She takes pride in making fitness accessible and empowering for all, fostering a welcoming environment and strong mind-body connection in her classes. In 2022, she was awarded the Burlington Post’s Diamond Award for Best Zumba Instructor.
Growing up as a dancer (tap, jazz, ballet and ballroom) and part of a watersports family (waterskiing and wakeboarding), she developed a love for active living. Outside of her work, she enjoys family time, daily movement, and personal growth through reading.
